New tuna vessel of the Echebastar Group

It is a tuna freezer of 90 meters in length and 14 of beam, built in the Zamakona Shipyards of Santurtzi, which has the most innovative technologies aboard, and in which we are proud to have participated in the installation of electronic assistance equipment for fishing and navigation.

The vessel has a system of separation of captured fish that returns unwanted live parts to the sea, demonstrating once again that the company is committed to sustainability and the care of fishing resources.

And they also highlight the deep-freezing tunnels at -60 degrees, which allows them to preserve the tuna pieces with the highest quality, and then use them in its range of PURO TUNA products.
