Your day begins where the deck meets the horizon, and your camera—that phone tucked in your pocket—is always ready to capture the unexpected. That’s exactly why this contest excites us so much: no one can capture life at sea better than you—captain, skipper, technician, or observer.

You don’t need to be a professional photographer. All it takes is your curious eye and that spark that freezes authentic moments. If you’ve captured something special—a sunrise on deck, a buoy being deployed, or the camaraderie of the crew—share it with us and let your story sail around the world in our 2026 Corporate Calendar.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

This year, we invite you to submit up to 4 photographs:

  • 2 mandatory images: clearly showcasing a Zunibal product or service (buoys, software, monitoring solutions, etc.).
  • 2 optional images: of your choice, related to the sea, fishing, or any moment that reflects life at sea.
  • Only entries that include the 2 mandatory Zunibal technology photos will be considered for evaluation.

Entries that infringe copyright, intellectual property, or break the law will not be accepted. Photographs must be original, unpublished, and owned entirely by the participant. By entering, you confirm that you hold full rights over the images and accept full responsibility for any claims regarding image rights.

2. FORMAT AND PRESENTATION OF PHOTOGRAPHS

Digital format: Works will only be accepted in digital format.

Size and quality:

  • Photos must be in the highest quality JPEG format.
  • Avoid adding margins, frames, borders, watermarks or text to the photos.

File names:

Name each image file as “Photograph 1”, “Photograph 2”, “Photograph 3” and “Photograph 4”, as appropriate.

Non compliance with any of the requirements established in this call for proposals will result in the automatic disqualification of the participant.

  1. HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTOS:

Files may be submitted by filling out the online Submission Form or through the email address concurso@zunibal.com accompanied by the PDF Submission Form.  

  1. EVALUATION

The Zunibal committee will evaluate the photos considering:

  • Relevance to the theme
  • Visual and emotional impact
  • Originality
  • Technical quality

ADMISSION: Beginning July 10, 2025 – end September 15, 2025.

  1. EXHIBITION

Photos will be posted on www.zunibal.com, in the #Ocean Heroes gallery. The participant agrees that his/her photo will be visible in the contest gallery, as well as on Zunibal’s social media channels and networks.

Of all the photographs received, the twelve best will be selected for our Zunibal 2025 Corporate Calendar.

  1. PRIZES

The contest will establish a first prize and eleven finalist prizes:

  • Winning prize: Drone. The winning photograph will be published on the cover of the Zunibal 2026 Corporate Calendar.
  • Finalist prizes: Zunibal Pack.

PRIZE CONSIDERATIONS

Zunibal reserves the right to publish or reproduce the winning and finalist photographs, by itself or by third parties, without limitation of time or place, always citing the name of the author. The renunciation of a prize, whatever the reason, will not entitle the winner to any type of compensation.
